Alibaba Cloud Services provided by PT Blue Power Technology (BPT) are customizable as needed. Therefore, BPT may include or impose additional terms and conditions for certain services, which additional terms and conditions are incorporated into the Alibaba Cloud Service and are subject to and bound by the existing Terms and Conditions.

BPT reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions (in whole or in part) at any time by changing, adding, subtracting, replacing, or adjusting them. For this reason, it is necessary for you to periodically review the Terms and Conditions posted on the cloudportal.bluepowertechnology.com website.

Syarat dan Ketentuan ini berlaku terhadap Anda atas penggunaan Layanan Alibaba Cloud oleh atau melalui Akun Anda di wilayah Republik Indonesia.

A. Definition

1. BPT is a limited liability company registered under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia that is authorized to market and provide subscriptions to Alibaba Cloud.
2. You or CUSTOMER are:
   1. Legal entity (if not a Director, provide a power of attorney), or
   2. An individual
   located in Indonesia who has signed subscription form with BPT to subscribe to Alibaba Cloud Services and is responsible for all consequences arising therefrom.
3. Data means any data and/or documents, information and/or information in any form that you provide or submit to us from time to time or that you include in the Know Your Customer (KYC) form provided.
4. Personal Data means data about an identified or identifiable natural person, individually or in combination with other information belonging exclusively to the party disclosing the Personal Data.
5. Subscription Agreement is an agreement signed by you with BPT or a BPT Partner that governs the payment procedures and other provisions that become an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

B. Terms and Conditions

1. You must fill in the KYC form provided by BPT with a copy (photocopy/scan):
   1. If you are an individual:
      • E-KTP that is still valid;
      • NPWP;
   2. If you represent a legal entity:
      • Deed of Establishment (if the PT was established after 2007);
      • Deed of Adjustment to PT Law 2007 (for PT established before 2007);
      • Deed of Directors-Commissioners that is still valid;
      • NPWP;
      • SPPKP;
      • TDP/NIB;
      • SIUP;
      • Identity card of the Board of Directors;
      • Power of Attorney (if any).
2. You are fully responsible for
   1. The accuracy of all information provided in the KYC form and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Any changes to the information that has been provided must be submitted to BPT as long as you have a subscription to Alibaba Cloud Services;
   2. Ownership of the data provided to BPT through the Portal is solely yours and there are no third party rights.
3. These Terms are effective once the Customer submits the KYC form online and the Data becomes BPT's property.
4. BPT may terminate any service provided if it is found that the data submitted is untrue.
5. By submitting the KYC form online, you also authorize BPT to:
   1. Check and/or verify the data attached to this form;
   2. Use the Data for needs or matters related to the use of Cloud Services;
   3. Request further Data if the Data submitted does not comply with clause 1 of this Section.
   4. Use, store and disclose the Data to affiliates, Alibaba and other parties as required by law.
6. If you subscribe to Alibaba Cloud Services through a Partner, the terms provided by the Partner to the Customer will be binding, even if separate from the terms provided by BPT.
7. You warrant that the personal data uploaded to the Cloud Service is in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Cloud Service and applicable laws and regulations.
8. You agree to allow BPT to store, process, and monetize your personal data, including but not limited to.
9. You agree to indemnify BPT against any third party claim, demand, or action arising out of your and/or any other party's storage or processing of personal data.

C. Intellectual Property Rights

1. All layout, designs and displays on the alibabacloud-partner.bluepowertechnology.com site, including but not limited to logos, images, names, trademarks, words, letters, numbers, scripts and color arrangements contained on the site, and the combination of the foregoing, are the exclusive intellectual property rights of BPT, and no other party has any rights to the layout, design and display on the website.
2. You are prohibited from using BPT's Intellectual Property Rights referred to in point 1 above in any way or under any circumstances without our prior written consent.

D. Others

1. Anything not specifically provided for in these Terms shall be further governed by any booklet, book, brochure, catalog, notice and/or other document officially issued by BPT from time to time.
2. CUSTOMER fully understands, accepts and is subject to the terms and conditions of the subscription to the Alibaba Cloud Services as contained in the Subscription Agreement, including, but not limited to, other Alibaba Cloud Services that may be developed by BPT from time to time.
3. These terms and conditions are subject to change based on the needs of the Service.
4. All consents, powers, authorities and/or rights granted by you to us in these Terms and Conditions shall not terminate for any reason, including for reasons referred to in Articles 1813, 1814 and 1816 of the Civil Code, as long as you continue to use the Alibaba Cloud Services.
5. You hereby release BPT from from all claims related to BPT's execution of any actions based on the power, authority and/or rights you grant to us in or under the Terms and Conditions, and the exercise of our rights or authority under the Terms and Conditions.
